As a dedicated enthusiast of sustainable processes, great products, and culture development, B.’s fierce drive to promote diversity in tech and impact real authentic change continues to define both their work and life outside of their work.

When there’s free time to spare, you can find B. scouring the latest financial and tech news, leading a thought-provoking personal blog, and giving back to various organizations by being the Vice Chair & Secretary on the Board of Directors at Howard Brown Health for the LGBTQ community, and Vice President & Secretary on the Board of Directors at the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago. They currently reside with their wife in Los Angeles, California.

Tam is Head of Design & Product Strategy, providing leadership and strategic oversight in long-term strategy, industry and competitive analysis, business intelligence, and the identification and design of exponential opportunities. I lead strategy on human-centered discovery and design and define product roadmaps. Deep familiarity with the startup, tech, AI/ML, double-sided platforms (marketplaces) emerging tech ecosystems, venture capital, and product strategy.
